Price Match Terms & Conditions

Pet City strive to offer our customers the best service, the best price for the best product.

If you see a comparable item advertised in one of our competitors catalogue we will match the price.

We ask a few things in return:

  • Please bring the catalogue with you when you visit the store.

  • The item must be an identical stocked item at Pet City Mt Gravatt and the competitor.

  • It will exclude stock liquidations, wholesale or commercial quantities and enquiries.

  • Excludes items advertised on online stores.

  • Item must currently be in stock by competitor.

  • Competitor must be located within 25km of Brisbane CBD.

Our price match is only available in store.

 

VIP Club Terms and Conditions

  1. Pet City VIP Club Membership discounts will only be processed on presentation of your Membership Card for in store discounts.  Online purchases are calculated at members pricing upon logging on to www.petcityonline.com.au.

  2. Personal details can be changed in store at any time. 

  3. By being a member you may also be eligible for additional benefits which may be offered from time to time, including entry into prize draw competitions, or member specific promotions.

  4. Pet City makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes.

  5. Pet City shall not be liable in any way if benefits or promotions are unavailable as a result of a technical malfunction, operator fault, errors resulting from computer hardware or software errors or failure.

  6. It is a condition of membership that your membership card is presented at the time of each transaction in store. A member must produce proof of membership if seeking the benefit of any discount or other benefit offered to members, or upon request by Pet City.  This is currently through the use of the Pet City Members Card, membership number or appropriate form of identification such as a current drivers licence.

  7. Lost membership cards can only be requested in store and may take 1-2 days to replace. This will occur a $2.95 fee.

  8. Loyalty club memberships are $25 for one year membership or $59.95 for 3 year membership.  Pet City reserves the right to change the membership prices at any time. 

  9. Members consent and agree to receive marketing information, offers and special discounts from Pet City.  A Member may choose to opt out at any time by unsubscribing from their notification.  Please allow 4-5 days to process. All notifications come with an unsubscribe option at the bottom of each email. 

  10. In the event that an email address cannot be verified or is found to be invalid, online shopping and access to the members areas of the website will not be available to the membership.

  11. If you elect not to submit an email address, then you will not be able to access the member’s areas of the website or online shopping facilities.

  12. Subject to prior notice, Pet City reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time.  An updated copy of the Terms and Conditions will be available in store, by telephone, or via email request to admin@petcity.com.au. Continuing to use your Card after amendments to the Terms and Conditions have been published will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

  13. Discounts only apply to members noted on the application form and may not be used in conjunction or combination with any other offer or promotion. Member discounts may not be available on goods at ‘sale’ or ‘special’ prices.

  14. It is the responsibility of the member to maintain a valid postal address, email address and mobile phone number with Pet City to continue to receive member benefits.

  15. Pet City has the right to refund memberships for the total or partial membership amount if we deem appropriate due to extreme circumstances. Members may not request a refund on membership fees due to change of mind.
