FAQ

 

How long until my order is ready for pick-up?

Within 30 minutes for orders placed before 2pm*. For orders placed after 2pm, they will be ready the morning of the next business day.

We will send you an SMS to notify you the moment it's ready for pickup!

*If an item is missing from your order it may not be ready within 30 minutes. A similar alternative may be provided if one is available.

 

 

How do I make an order for Click and Collect?

At the checkout, after you enter your shipping address you will be prompted for a delivery option. Here, choose 'Click and Collect' and you will not be charged for delivery.

 

 

What do I need to bring with me to pickup my items?

You will be required to show valid photo ID and your email confirmation.

If payment was made via credit card you may be asked to show that card upon collection. You will also be required to sign for your order upon collection. Further identification may also be required.

 

 

Can somebody else pick up my parcel?

Yes, they can! However, this person needs to be specified in the delivery instructions. They must bring in their photo ID and show the email confirmation so we can ensure your order is going to the right person. If it's too late to place them in to the delivery instructions, give us a phone call or reply to your SMS to let us know.

 

 

What if I have ordered livestock?

Live animals must be collected the same day or within 24 hours or order placement. If livestock is not picked up in our time frame a restocking fee of $5.95 will apply. 

Please note: stock for live feeder fish & blackworm is not monitored. If we are out of stock at the time of order, there may be a delay of up to 7 days before we receive more. You will receive an email to notify you of the status of your livestock.

 

 

What if there is an item missing from my order?

If an item is missing from your order, we will notify you right away. You may exchange it for a similar item if one is available. If not, we can refund you for that product, provide a credit, or place the item on Backorder where it will arrive at a later date.

 

 

Where do I pick up my order from?

Our store is located here. Your order will be waiting for you at the front counter area inside our store. For large items, your item will be placed in our warehouse and will be bought out for you when you arrive.

 

 

Can I pick up my order over the weekend?

Yes, our store is open 7 days! 

 

 

Can I pick up my order on a public holiday?

We strive to be open almost every day of the year, however on the following days the store will be closed: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday and Anzac Day. 

On all other public holidays, the store will be open reduced hours, so please check our Opening Hours or on Facebook before heading here.

 

 

How long do I have to pick up my order?

We allow 21 days for your item to be picked up. If after this time your order has not been collected and we have not had written correspondence from you, your order will be placed back on our shelves and a restocking fee of $9.95 will apply.
