Standard Shipping - From $6.50 (Calculated at checkout)
We want to ensure your parcel reaches you efficiently and without hassle, which is why we use Sendle - Carbon Neutral shipping service.
Orders are typically processed and shipped in a 3-5 day period. Sendle shipping is not express and are delivered in usual courier times.
Sendle parcels are automatically booked as authority to leave.This gives the delivery driver permission to leave the parcel at the delivery address without a signature when the parcel is delivered (as long as it’s safe to do so). If there is no safe place for your parcel than it may be taken to a local Pop station, or you may have a chance to organise a redelivery.
Free Sendle Shipping is available to the greater Brisbane region on orders over $29.

Express Home Delivery Service - $9.95 (Orders over $49)
Our Express Home Delivery Service is available Monday-Friday for customers in South Brisbane & surrounding areas. Simply order before 9am to receive your order the same day (providing all items are in stock). Any orders received after the 9am cutoff will be delivered the next business day. For just $9.95 on orders over $49 your order can be delivered to you by one of our friendly team members. With no third-party handling; this option ensures your item(s) remain in Pet City's hands until it reaches yours.
All express Home Delivery orders have an authority to leave. If you are not home our team members will leave it in a safe space if one is available.

Click & Collect - FREE
Short on time? We'll collect your items and have them ready to pick up within the hour! Simply fill your cart, pay online and we'll send you a text when your order is ready to pick up instore. Don't forget to bring a valid photo ID and your email confirmation when picking up your order.

General Shipping FAQs
Your unique tracking number will be sent to you automatically via email. You can also log into your account to view your orders. If your shipping number hasn't been generated, this might be due to a delay with your order. In this case, please contact us on 3349 2086 so we can assist.
Unfortunately not at this time.
Yes, due to biosecurity reasons, some of our products cannot be shipped to these states. This includes things like bird seed, some pet foods, types of herbs etc. If you've made an order containing these materials from one of these states, you will receive a refund. Standard Sendle Shipping
Standard shipping is not available for orders including bulky, frozen, chilled or live product. These items may be available through our Express Home Delivery Service.

Fresh and frozen foods are some of our most popular items we deliver with this service! We've tried and tested our packaging to ensure that your goods stay cool & fresh until you get home. It helps if you have a shaded area we can leave your delivery too.
Click & Collect FAQs
Once you've received a notification that your order is ready, come see our team at the front counter. You will be required to show valid photo ID and your email confirmation. If payment was made via credit card, you may be asked to show that card upon collection. You will also be required to sign for your order upon collection.
If an item is missing or out of stock, we will notify you straight away. You may exchange it for a similar item if one is available. If not, we can refund you for the product, provide a credit, or place the item on Backorder where it will arrive at a later date.

We allow 21 days for your item to be picked up (except for livestock which must be collected within 24 hours). If, after this time, your order has not been collected and we have not had written correspondance from you, your order will be placed back on our shelves and a restocking fee of $9.95 will apply.
