Store Visits - Please avoid visiting in groups
Here at Pet City we are all about family. Being a family owned business, we love the way that pets bring families together. However, at this time, we are asking our customers to avoid visiting the store in groups, for the safety of your family and ours. If visiting the store, we recommend coming on your own where possible & keeping the kids at home. And don’t forget, we offer 30 minute Click & Collect, Express Delivery and Free delivery options to make it easier to purchase those essential items.

Parcel Post is an Essential Service
Our trusted courier company have reached out to reassure us that parcel post is an Essential Service, and there should be minimal disruptions to your online orders. However, some delays may occur simply from the influx of parcels at the current time.

Phone Orders for Senior Card holders
We are now accepting phone orders for those who carry a Senior's Card.
Our elderly are amongst the most vulnerable in our community right now, so after some discussion we have decided to allow for phone orders. We invite our locals in their golden years to call us on (07) 3349 2086 to organise their pet essentials delivered to their Brisbane homes.

Greencross have released a statement confirming that (at the time) there is no evidence to believe that Aussie pets can spread the Coronavirus COVID-19.
Are we still open?
Pet City Mt Gravatt is still open for trading both in-store & online.
In-store - Our trading hours have changed slightly, click here for details. We have implemented steps to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. Staff have been retrained in hygiene & proximity rules have been put in place. Quarantine measures have been put in place for any staff member exhibiting cold & flu symptoms.
Can I still order online?
Yes, however some limits have been put in place to ensure fairness & stock supply for everyone.
Will my delivery be delayed?
Delivery services are still continuing and we are working closely with couriers to ensure you receive your deliveries in a timely manner.
Though we have not been advised of any delays as yet, with the changing situation deliveries may start to be effected. Please allow for possible delays when placing your order. We will endeavour to keep you updated as the situation changes.
