Cancelling an Item
You can submit a request to cancel an item for a refund if one or more of the following reasons is applicable.
If an item is:-
- Taking longer than 14 days to restock
- Missing from parcel
- Significantly different from described
- Not working/faulty
- Has no suitable stocked alternative
If you wish to cancel an item due to a change of mind a credit will be provided.

Cancelling an Order
You may request to cancel your whole order if the one or more of the following reasons is applicable.
Where your order:-
- Has not been picked yet
- Cannot collect your order (Click & Collect only)*
If your order has already been dispatched then a store credit will be provided minus the shipping fee, and we need to receive the items back before a refund can be approved. See our Returns Policy for more information.
*If you have selected Click & Collect and are unable to pick up your order from our store, you may be elegible for a refund minus a Handling Fee.
