Cancelling an Item

You can submit a request to cancel an item for a refund if one or more of the following reasons is applicable.

If an item is:-

  • Discontinued
  • Taking longer than 14 days to restock
  • Missing from parcel
  • Significantly different from described
  • Not working/faulty
  • Has no suitable stocked alternative

If you wish to cancel an item due to a change of mind a credit will be provided.

Cancelling an Order

You may request to cancel your whole order if the one or more of the following reasons is applicable.

Where your order:-

  • Has not been picked yet
  • Cannot collect your order (Click & Collect only)*

If your order has already been dispatched then a store credit will be provided minus the shipping fee, and we need to receive the items back before a refund can be approved. See our Returns Policy for more information.

*If you have selected Click & Collect and are unable to pick up your order from our store, you may be elegible for a refund minus a Handling Fee.
