Auto-Delivery Service T&Cs

Our Auto-Delivery service is a recurring order for the same item(s) on a pre-defined schedule of your choosing
The Auto-Delivery discount applies to eligible Auto-Delivery products only. The discount amount is applied to the retail price displayed at the time of purchase.
Auto-Delivery is available for selected products only and the percentage saving indicated is based on retail pricing.
The maximum discount for Auto-Delivery is capped at 5%.
Product and shipping prices are subject to change. Pet City reserves the right to cancel or update Auto-Deliveries containing products with outdated pricing.
Our Auto-delivery service does not lock in prices. The price of your auto-delivery item/s will change depending on their sale price at the time of your scheduled auto-delivery. So if an Auto-Delivery product goes on sale, you will automatically receive it at sale price!
The shipping option you select for your first Auto-Delivery will be applied to all future scheduled Auto-Deliveries
You can cancel your Auto-Delivery service at any time in the 'My Orders' section of your account. Please note, changes are coming to allow additional flexibility with how you manage your Auto-Delivery service online.
