Terms and Conditions
- Can only be used online at www.petcity.com.au. Gift Cards for use in-store can be purchased in-store only.
- Not redeemable for cash, and cannot be refunded
- Ensure your recipient's email address is entered correctly. We cannot find lost vouchers if the wrong email address was entered upon purchase.
- You can purchase multiple gift cards for larger totals!
- The recipient will receive instructions on how to redeem their voucher via email.
- The E-Gift Voucher will come as an electronic voucher only. No Paper copy will be provided by Pet City. You do not need to print it out to redeem.
