Discount codes will not be valid or honoured on orders successfully placed without using the relevant or correct code.

*If an item is missing from your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to exchange for a different item if a similar alternative is available. If not, we can refund you for that product. If we are unable to get a hold of you, we will organise a refund for that product. Refunds are processed Monday to Friday using the same transaction method you paid with.
