Discount Codes
Discount Codes can only be used online, and do not apply in-store. Discount excludes shipping & purchase/renewal of VIP Memberships. Code word cannot be used with any other promotion or discount code. Code can only be used at the time of order placement and must be entered in correctly at the relevant point in the payment process for you to be eligible for the discount. Discount codes will not be valid or honoured on orders successfully placed without using the relevant or correct code.
In-store and Online Promotions
Some deals or promotions may be available online only, and not available in-store.
Some items may only be available for Click & Collect or Home Delivery.

Pet City makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes.
Fragarama Prize Draw
Who Can Enter
This competition is open to all Fragarama attendees.
How To Enter
To enter, attendees must scan the QR code at the Pet City table at the Fragarama event and complete contact details via the online entry form.
By entering the Fragarama Prize draw, you are acknowledging consent to receive email communications from Pet City. You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
Personal details will only be used by Pet City for marketing purposes and will not be shared with any other party.
One entry will be accepted per attendee.
How the winner is drawn
The winner will be drawn on Tuesday the 4th of June. The winner will be selected randomly from the pool of entrants. The winner will be contacted via the contact number provided in the digital entry form.
The Prize
The prize is a Flipper Float magnet cleaner and a 7.5kg bag of Aqua Forest Reef Salt valued at $162.90 RRP.
The prize must be collected from Pet City Mount Gravatt. It cannot be shipped to the winner.
If the prize is not collected by 31/7/24, it will be forfeited.
Prize products cannot be returned or exchanged for a store credit.
