G'Day from Pet City Mt Gravatt and welcome to our September 2010 Newsletter.

It has been a very busy time at Pet City.  Our renovations are at the final stages.  AND YES, THE AIR CONDITIONING IS BEING INSTALLED RIGHT NOW and will be in action in the next week or so.

We have lots of new products available this month in all sections.  We're sure you will have a great time browsing our products and finding new, different and innovative items every time you shop. 

The bird section especially has had some interesting arrivals lately.  Handraised parrots that we havent seen for a while, like Plumheads, Superbs, Elegants, pretty lorikeets and beautiful pairs of parrots.  We have even seen Gold Finches and Lizard Canaries.   Our beautiful Black Blue Tongue has gone to a lovely new home too, but another is on the way.

Keep an eye out for old friends, Seahorses and Axolotls too.  Back instore soon!

The Aquarium section is looking better than ever.  Stock is easier to locate on the shelves, and the knowledge of the staff is second to none.  They have made amazing marine displays with eye popping colours and amazing fish. Also instore are rare and hard to come by fish like Bichers and still our freshwater Stingrays.  Come check it out next time you are passing by.

Kitten season is still a little way off, but our puppies are enjoying their new enclosures that have much more leg (and play) room than ever before.

They also get to test out some of the new toys that we receive instore. Go to the current puppies section on this website for the latest cuties.

Events to keep an eye out for as well are World Animal Day celebrations in October.  AND a very special "Pet Personality" will be visiting our store also in October.  (Here's a hint....She has a dog called Toby...)  Keep an eye out for more information closer to the date.

Finally, all the staff at Pet City would like to congratulate General Manager Kim, and her partner Roger on their wedding ceremony that will take in September. 

They will then take a well deserved honeymoon cruise.  All the best!
